Clean Lashes.
Come to your appointment with clean lashes. Clean lashes have better retention.
Dirty Lashes.
If they need a bath, it will cost you extra and take away from your lashing time, meaning you won’t get a full set, as we can’t extend your appointment time.
Maintain Lashes.
Keep those babies beautiful and book a fill every three weeks. If it’s been longer than that, or you have less than 32 left on each eye, you will need to book for a full set.
Foreign Lashes.
Filling in another artist’s lashes is done case by case. If the artists work is clean, neat and correct we will happily do an infill. BUT sometimes we can’t. Why? It’s the glue. If the lashes were incorrectly applied it’s incredibly difficult to do a consistent infill. The fills often look uneven and unnatural. Please book a removal in case, as this will allow extra time for your appointment. Should you not require a removal, you will not be charged for one.

Cancellations.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule, cancel or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. We do this to protect your time that has been set aside for especially for you. It also protects us as our time is money and our calendars book up quickly. We promise to keep our appointments on time, give you our undivided attention and the best set of lashes in town.
“Get out of Jail Free” Card.
Unexpected things happen, so we will give you a one time “get out of jail free” card to cancel your appointment without any cancellation fees. Please remember though, once you’ve used this card any subsequent cancellations within the 24-hour time period will be charged accordingly.
Coming Late.
Please arrive 5-10 min before your appointment. If you arrive late, it won’t be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service time is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Refunds.
You’re paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
